  • We monitor the offers and operations carried out in the organized markets managed by B3, audit their Participants, and act to curb irregular practices, in order to encourage a balanced and transparent market for all parties involved. We also assist Participants in adopting best practices and complying with current rules, through the publication of Guidance Notes and Supervision Standards, respectively.

  • Protection of investors and Participants
  • We manage B3's Investor Compensation Mechanism (MRP), whose function is to ensure investors, in cases where eligibility criteria are met, compensation for losses resulting from the action or omission of their intermediaries or administrators, employees, or agents, in relation to the intermediation of operations carried out in an organized exchange market or the securities custody service.
    We provide Participants, Investors, and Regulators with specific service channels, which expedite demands and dialogue between these agents.)
