Loss Compensation Mechanism(MRP)

Maintained by B3, the Loss Compensation Mechanism - MRP is managed by BSM, which receives and analyzes compensation requests, initiates and follows up on compensation processes. We also manage the financial investment policy, the compensations credited to investors, and the charges for the fund's restitution due by the Participants.​

Provided the eligibility requirements of article 124 of CVM Resolution No. 135, dated June 10, 2022 (RCVM 135), are met, the MRP may compensate, up to the limit of R$ 200,000, losses resulting from the actions or omissions of participants authorized to operate in the stock market, or their representatives.​
