Here you will find the available channels for filing a complaint regarding the actions of Participants and professionals operating in the organized markets managed by B3, listed companies, or private issuances brought to central deposit at B3.
 

The complaint must follow the standard of the forms provided below, in both Portuguese and English versions, which must be downloaded by the complainant, filled out, and sent to BSM via the email address denuncia@bsmsupervisao.com.br, with the complainant's identification.
